Can't say that I like Disney owning Star Wars now. They are going to start exercising the considerable force now I suppose on anything star wars in the same manner as they have done with the well known children's stories they just happened to animate.
Don't see how this was an abusive use of the domain, and the fact that Disney passed on the early sunrise sale, would seem to me to be in the defendants favor. I am positive it would not have watered down the "brand".

This is quite a bit old and dated, but was still an interesting find. It shows a different way of looking at the stimulus program for me. The money was not spent in the correct manner due to quirks in various state laws for it to truly be called a stimulus. It seems more to me now, that this was a pure handout to state and local governments to hold them over for a short time period.
